Starting the PowerPoint :

The steps to activate PowerPoint are:

  • Click on the Start button in the taskbar.
  • Select the Programs option from the start menu.
  • Click on the Microsoft PowerPoint option. This invokes MS PowerPoint.

Microsoft PowerPoint is a powerful tool to create professional looking presentations and slideshows.. PowerPoint allows you to construct presentations from scratch or by using the easy to use wizard.

Starting PowerPoint :

  • Double click on the Microsoft PowerPoint icon on the desktop.

  • Click on start→ Program → Microsoft PowerPoint.

  • To start PowerPoint via Start Menu Office commands.

Display the Start menu and select New Office Document from the start menu.

Select a Blank Presentation from the General tab and click the OK. Button.
